It looks like you didn't import the filter pages themselves:

As far as I know, I've done all the right import steps; my import
process was:

       cd maintenance
       php importDump.php <  file.xml
       php rebuildall.php
       php rebuildtextindex.php
       php ../extensions/SemanticMediaWiki/maintenance/SMW_refreshData.php

"Edit with form" appears to work correctly.  I did check that the wiki DB
user can do "CREATE TEMPORARY TABLE", which works fine.

Anyone have a clue here?
