If you don't mind, please add the following line to your main LocalSettings.php file:

$wgShowSQLErrors = true;

...and then write back to the list with the specific SQL error that shows up on that page.

populate the Db tables, but has a access problem when attempting semantic

Can anyone offer any assistance?  I'm running out of ideas.  :-((
