Create a routine that pushes new links to other social bookmarking sites that uses the del.icio.us API.

These sites could include (only part of them support the del.icio.us API):

The routine would run in the back ground (maybe execute once per hour with) and stuff a predetermined number of links to these sites through the API. Over time that would end up migrating all of a user's links (or the sites links) to those other sites.
