From Base 1.3.5 (marie), I select 5 alerts from the alert summary window, then I select Delete alert(s) then the Selected button at the bottom of the page and a

new window appears

Internet Explorer cannot display the webpage

Most likely causes:
You are not connected to the Internet.
The website is encountering problems.
There might be a typing error in the address.

May I get some guidance on how to troubleshoot the issue.

Php-4.3.9-3.22
Adodb-494
MySQL-4.1.20-1

(first, a note -- I'm not a developer, just some suggestions)

Does firefox behave the same way?

Can you take a packet capture or use a proxy server like http://www.fiddler2.com/fiddler2/ to see what the traffic actually is?

The Delete Alert works under Firefox 2, but not IE 6 or 7.

Can you turn off the IE friendly error page and retry?

    Thanks
    Kevin

Ping? I am not sure why you would be getting a seperate window. Can you send in an update with the IE friendly errors off?

    Thanks
    Kevin

I have tried to reproduce described issue, without a success. Can you please go again to the alert summary window, check 5 alerts, select the Delete alert(s), click the Selected button and then move the new window under address panel of the old window + take a screenshot?

Good idea. Please turn off the Internet Explorer "friendly error" pages first.

    thanks
