#4 file paths when un-encrypting

No

If you enter in a file path to encrypt the file, it is
stored into the file headers, then decrypted under a
different OS, the filename is given the full path.
Example, encrypted under windows,
c:\windows\desktop\test.txt is decrypted under linux
with that entire path for the filename. While this
doesn't cause any serious problems, it can be quite
annoying, especially to linux users recieving
encrypted files from windows users.

Fixed woohoo!!! Had it check for / and \ and act
accordingly. Also, now it will not do file names with both
    types of slashes in it.
