Hi I have been using sdcc (2.1.9) for 8051 for some time now. Tried doing some work on AVR and got stuck. When I give -mavr option, the compiler compiles, but puts some illegal instructions in the .lst file. Several lines contain valid AVR code which could not have come ahd the compiler not recognised -mavr. Can someone throw some light? Thanks in advance R.Balamurugan |

I don't think AVR compiling is working yet. I think its been a spare time project for Sandeep, but he has not had much spare time. I've used something called AVRGCC which worked good for me. You should be able to find it out on the web. Its a port of gcc. karl. pulsars wrote: > Hi > > I have been using sdcc (2.1.9) for 8051 for some time now. Tried doing > some work on AVR and got stuck.
