It seems quit stable now and to prevent having to manually fix all conflicts
with other commits I decide to comit it now.
There are some small things left.
I am not sure about the z80 BANKED and NONBANKED attributes, they seem
redundant to me. Also the .._BANKEDCALL macro isn't completely clear to me.
It used to also include IS_STAT, I don't know why, so I moved it outside the
macro and put it there where the macro was called (only twice in z80/gen.c).
Only the mcs51 regressions show some small errors (don't know about pic and
avr, but those changes where minor), and there are a couple of more I will
fix before you will even notice them (it's register bankswitching, we could
use some regression tests there :).
This doesn't mean that the complete type chain with multiple function calls
will already check all return values and parameters, but the framework is

No errors were found in the PIC regression tests.
