The current structure is a bit chaotic.
Several headers are mcs51 port specific, e.g., ser.h, ser_ir.h, etc.
These files are completely useless for those using an other architecture.
If vendor-specific headers are stored in separate subdirectories, it is
easier to find architecture and vendor specific information.

It is not necessary, but definitely less chaotic than the current solution.
