I comitted a bunch of small cleanups to get the Borland C++ makefiles working again (*). If my brain is working right, this should have no effect at all on existing code. For what it's worth, please try to avoid using GNU-isms (__FUNCTION__ is a common offender) or Unixisms (strcasecmp) when possible. (*) They now build executables, but the Borland-generated SDCPP dies really badly; badly enough to take Windows 98 down with it. Lovely excuse for an OS.
