Fixed. The problem was that _decdptr didn't work properly when the
alternate DPTR was selected (DPS == 1). device/lib/_decdptr.c is
updated to fix this problem (DS390 only) (and by a happy coincidence,
this makes it more efficient too).

Note that since the problem was in the library, you must rebuild
and reinstall the libraries to get this working.

And hey, what happened to the list of compiler bugs found at the top
of calculator.c? I kind of liked it...
