One thing that would be VERY helpful, IMHO, would be simply to separate the user information from the implementation instructions. I know there's some overlap, but having the two in the same place often makes it difficult to find what you're looking for at the time and to sort it out. It wouldn't be a deal-breaker if the two pointed into one another in order to clarify those few overlapping issues. regards, Richard Erlacher ----- Original Message ----- From: "candida lopez rodriguez" <c.r...@rc...> To: <sdc...@li...> Sent: Saturday, March 07, 2009 11:29 AM Subject: Re: [Sdcc-user] May I offer a suggestion about the documentation? > On Saturday 07 March 2009 12:20:54 am Jacques Pelletier wrote: > > > My original intention was to point to other open source projects, the show > the > documentation and in the lower side the user can add comments, The problem > with the SDCC documentation is that is very biased to a single processor, > and > even then is not fully complete. is not such a big deal to allow the users > to > add information (and possible links to other sites where the users can > find > relevant information) > > > For the problem of providing out of scope information (such as ADC or > other > components) I partially agree.
