It depends on how much work you want to do.  Getting IP protocol stack to work on a micro depends on how much work you want to do and how complete your stack is going to be.  I have ported Adam Dunkels uIP stack to SDCC I was hoping to get some time to finish it off but that is turining into a figment of my imagination that I have free time.  So what I am going to do is make the tar.gz file avalible to anybody who want to finish this work off.  So far I have the web application working on an philips 8051 I haven't touch this for many months but I got get a slip device to connet to my Linux box then point my browser at the ip address.  I have know idea what state this is in but somebody might be able to take this and finish it off.  I have a makefile the compiles SDCC correctly not by including all the .c files into one big file.

Send me and e-mail and I send you the tar file.  If somebody wanted to put it up on the web I would be happy to send it to them to do so.
I wont attach it here as the tar file is about 200K.
