On the sdcc web page and in sdccman document is mentioned that sdcc can be compiled with Borland C, which I believe is no true, since bcc makefiles are not maintained any more. I propose to remove Borland C from the web page and documentation.

I also suggest to remove all Borland C makefiles (makefile.bcc) from the project, since they bring more confusion then benefits.
I think nobody is using Borland C for sdcc compilation and development any more.

Please let me know ASAP if I'm wrong or you have concerns or objections.

Even though one can still download a free (as in beer) version of Turbo C++ 2006 Explorer from embarcadero.com I do not mind dropping the support for the Borland compiler and its derivatives. I for one do not use it. Nor do I use any other (free or not) C compiler that is currently unsupported.
