When trying to reactivate background sound by pressing 'b', the background sound doesn't appear after some moments but only after changing the screen.

This problem occurs in all The Feeble Files versions in latest ScummVM Snapshot. (2008-09-03)

Background sound can't be manually restarted since _curSfxFile no longer points to the sound data, after the sound is played. The original game never offered 'b' toggle for background sound either, so closing as won't fix.

I have limited the background sound 'b' toggle to Simon the Sorcerer 2, and updated the documentation.
