Background sound can't be manually restarted since _curSfxFile no longer points to the sound data, after the sound is played. The original game never offered 'b' toggle for background sound either, so closing as won't fix.
I have limited the background sound 'b' toggle to Simon the Sorcerer 2, and updated the documentation.
