  • Anonymous

I've got @twitter.com along with some addresses on twitter, but for some reasons IDs from twitter are still being marked as spam and sent to my collector mailbox.

Content analysis details: (100.2 points, 4.5 required)

    pts rule name description

0.0 URIBL_BLOCKED ADMINISTRATOR NOTICE: The query to URIBL was blocked.
    for more information.
    [URIs: bbc.in]
0.0 URIBL_DBL_REDIR Contains a URL listed in the DBL as a spammed
    redirector domain
    [URIs: t.co]
100 SHORTCIRCUIT Not all rules were run, due to a shortcircuited rule
    [score: 1.0000]
0.2 BAYES_999 BODY: Bayes spam probability is 99.9 to 100%

What should be understood from the details above ?

The message content is learnt as spam.
If you use Collector to feed Scrollout, drag and drop the original message (not the report) in GOOD folder.
If you don't use the Collector as feeder, add @bounce.twitter.com in GUI > Secure > Senders.

Off-topic: You probably use Internal DNS (in Connect tab) every day while you have a large volume of emails. It seams that you reached the limits with some RBL provider (URIBL_BLOCKED ADMINISTRATOR NOTICE ...)
If you do use Internal DNS, alternate the days there. If you don't use it at all, start using it alternating the days.
