I have a running ScrollOut server and it's job. I wanted to ask about the Collector account.
Once I get the emails in the collector account, can I move the emails to the good/bad folders ? or I have to copy them ? and once shifted can i delete the emails from collector account on outlooK ?

Use copy instead of move. Is much safer.
If everything is ok, you can delete the messages after.
In the latest versions, Scrollout deletes the emails after they are downloaded.

Great, so when is the new version coming out ?
I'm seeing that, even after i add the users to the white list, the emails end up in quarantine.

The current release includes email deletion. You need to search this forum and find how to update.
