Just a question. Does Scrollout F1 have an attachment size limit?

Yes, it has and is based on the amount of RAM.
Use this command to see what size you have:
      telnet scrollout-host 25
      ehlo hostname
      SIZE value is in bytes

Divide the SIZE value with 1024 to obtain the KBs and again with 1024 for MBs.

For a system with 512MB of RAM, the permitted attachment size is about 25.5 MB.

The formula is: Amount-of-RAM/20 = attachment size.

How can I limit the max size to 10MB?
    without limiting my RAM?

You cannot from the GUI, you need to change the settings from config files.
the size is calculated depending on RAM, in /var/www/bin/scrollout.sh
