#128 autogen.sh 'head -1' deprecation results in failures.

There has been changes in gnu-core-utils and the the
usage of 'head -1' is being deprecated and errors out.
I would like to recommend switching to 'head -n 1' in
autogen.sh file which also represents how its used in
config.guess. It is backwards compatible too.
