On Ubuntu Feisty Fawn i have no problem, but with gusty gibbon it crash frequently

    I had the same problem on Feisty, and now on Gusty. I tried to completely remove screem and then put it back on, same problem.

    Same Problem here - screem crashes after a few seconds...

    Screem is constantly hanging and occasionally closes itself. All I'm trying to do is create a table for a div overlay. It hangs almost immediately after creating the <table border="1"> tag

    I'm also seeing this crash in Hardy Heron. The segmentation fault didn't happen, but it did produce this message:

    ***MEMORY-ERROR***: screem[17123]: GSlice: assertion failed: sinfo->n_allocated > 0
    Aborted

    This may be related to having Visual Effects enabled in the Gnome's Appearance configuration, as I've seen it crash Frets on Fire in a similar way.
