On File->Save, has message that file was reloaded - do you want to use that or save file. On saving file nothing is saved.
Lost 3 hrs of work despite "saving" every 15 minutes.

That is because you reloaded it instead of saving, you should choose NO. But it is indeed something that's seriously annoying!! If I set Screem to Auto Save, every time this message pops up I choose no, it saves the file, but then the application hangs and needs to be force quited and restarted.
I have similar issue on KDE4 ubuntu 7.10
i work with a files and check it with my browser. every time i try to save file by pressing "save" button, it told me that file was reloaded since last save. It's a bit annoying to press "no" instead of "yes" when you want to save the file.
and after 10-20 minutes of work editor close himself silently.

As posted above, choosing "no" successfully saves your work. There is a bug related to this dialog box: Bug #1510561, "Reload instead of saving?" dialog on saving,
