Ticket Status Meanings:

  • Open - Newly Created Ticket. Has not been evaluated yet.
  • Pending - Has been evaluated, and work is either being done, or investigation has started.
  • Closed - Issue has been completed and is part of a downloadable version.
  • Fixed - Issue has been corrected, and is waiting to be uploaded.
  • Non-Issue - Not something that needs to be fix, but helpful.
