When I use an empty file pattern in Find in Files command then the internal search can match any filename. It seems more reasonable than matching nothing.

Note: I would like to have this feature because I use different search tools in different directories and some of these tools hates * which can be used for matching any file in SciTE internal search.

I am attaching a patch solving this.

This doesn't belong in FilePath::Matches as it would be unusual to expect '' to match any file name.
