#21 Fold/Expand folds with keyboard

There could be a way to fold/expand a fold with (2
different) keyboard shortcuts. Then you could navigate
within the code easier.

Example session:
---------------
You have this code:

- 1 def afunction():
- 2 while 1:
- 3 if x>0:
4 print 'something'

if you pressed the fold key while in line 4:

- 1 def afunction():
- 2 while 1:
+ 3 if x>0:

if you then pressed the fold key again while in line 3:

- 1 def afunction():
+ 2 while 1:

if you pressed the expand key while in line 2:

- 1 def afunction():
- 2 while 1:
+ 3 if x>0:

    It might be OK but I tend to use the mouse along with the
    modifier keys.
