In my Preferences/Scheme/Syntax/Constant settings, I have the regular expression:
(\b[0-9]+(\.[0-9]+(e[+-]?[0-9]+)?)?\b)|(\b#x[0-9a-fA-f]+\b)|(\b#o[0-7]+\b)|(\b#b[01]+\b)
which in 1.2.15 matches (some of) the Scheme numeric literals, but in 1.3.0.alpha1 only the first group is matching and the others which start with "#" are no longer matching. I'm guessing the reason has something to do with either the new #!/bin/scheme first-line comment or the Punctuation syntax coloring.

This had nothing to do with the punctuation syntax coloring or the #! treatment. The regexp was simply ignored. This will be fixed in the next release (1.3.0 alpha 2).
