Are you saying that there are no graphs at all, or that there's no graph on the relationships page?

If you have a "large" schema then it's possible that the PNGs  for the relationships page will be too big for your browser to display.  I saw one yesterday that was 4.2MB and Firefox couldn't display it.  I had to revert back to Internet Explorer to see it :(

If there are no graphs at all (i.e. on the table detail pages) then did you get any error messages when your ran SchemaSpy?  Hopefully it would have told you about any problems running dot.

Any details that you can give might help to diagnose the problem.

        No errors were output.

        I have put the index.html on: <a href="http://www.coralms.com/index.html">http://www.coralms.com/index.html</a>

Ah, now I understand.  There's no relationships page because SchemaSpy, for some reason, didn't detect any relationships.  Are there foreign key relationships defined between these tables?  SchemaSpy evidently didn't detect any.

There's also a huge number of tables/views here.  Is this really a single schema?

I've just checked the schema, and it appears that the relationships must be application managed!

That's frightening with over 1,000 tables!
