#367 install libSBML for matlab on Mac

Hi,
I need to install libsbml in order to use Cobra on Matlab.
libSBML 5.9.0
Cobra 2.0.5
MATLAB_R2013b
Mac OS 10.8.5

I did not understand if I should install the ready to install binaries or compile it myself.
I try the ready to install first and the mathlab associated file where not installed.
I uninstalled libsbml and then try with Cmake with the options with_matlab and with_python. When I try to configure I got " error in configuration process, project files may be invalid"

and in the prompt :
