#24 Change name of MOF compiler to sfcbmof

In order to better distinguish from the standalone mofc
and better association with sfcb, the name of the MOF
compiler with sfcb backend should be sfcbmof.

mofc 0.7.0 and sfcb-0.8.6e.

This seems to be neverending: in cmpi-base, cmpi-fsvol and
cmpi-samples, there is still a reference to sfcbroker in
acinclude.m4.
