Deliver each contrib as a single FASL. Don't implicitly require ASDF or source code at runtime.

Also, move contrib output to obj/sbcl-home/, asdf cache to obj/asdf-cache/
Update sb-grovel and other contribs and their tests for asdf3.

Fixes lp#1132254.

Reenable ALLOCATION-INFORMATION.4, mark as known failure

It seems unlikely to me that the combination of features currently
identified as problematic is truly accurate. More plausible seems
that ALLOCATION-INFORMATION is broken and needs a bug fix. Yet the
warning now given should be clear enough and allow users to report
this issue.

* Bind *SOURCE-INFO* and bind and populate *SOURCE-PATHS* in

* EVAL-TLF provides a way to evaluate things while providing the
toplevel form number. It also captures the current *SOURCE-INFO*
and passes it onwards to be reused by ACTUALLY-COMPILE.

* In ACTUALLY-COMPILE, when asked to reuse a source-info object,
also retain the old *SOURCE-PATHS*.

[e5334b] (2.2 kB) by trittweiler trittweiler WHO-SPECIALIZES-DIRECTLY & WHO-SPECIALIZES-GENERALLY

* Add two new Xref functions to SB-INTROSPECT:

WHO-SPECIALIZES-DIRECTLY returns method definitions which
specialize one the designated class itself.

WHO-SPECIALIZES-GENERALLY returns methods definitions which
specialize on the designated class, or subclasses of it.

Both take CLASS-EQ, and EQL specializers into account.

* Refactor xref tests, and add tests for the two new functions.

* Fix sb-introspect.asd to perform the test-op with a *D-P-D* bound
to contrib/sb-introspect/.

* I at least am starting to find myself having to insert

in too many places. This may be a sign that things aught to be in
SB-EXT instead, but ASDFication seems like a logical next step.

...arguably all contribs but ASDF itself should be ASDF systems.
