Thank you. Since, as a new contrib, it couldn't break any existing
functionality, I've merged this (with a few touchups to make it
conform a little bit more to SBCL "house style") into sbcl-0.8.11.20.
(Currently it is x86-only; I don't know if there's anyone out there on
a non-x86 platform who'd like to give a port a go: it doesn't seem
wildly hard from a surface scan...)
