Hi, I've compiled SBCL 1.0.16 (plus docs) on a x86_64 linux box successfully with 3 expected failures. I want to contribute this as a binary package by cropping unnecessary files. Is there any documented procedure I can follow to make binary packages? Regards. |

Xach pointed me binary-distribution.sh script. (Thanks!) I've compiled sbcl-1.0.16 from sources using sbcl-1.0.12-x86-64-linux-binary package. After running tests, there appeared 3 expected failures: Finished running tests. Status: Expected failure: callback.impure.lisp / UNDERFLOW-DETECTION Expected failure: debug.impure.lisp / (UNDEFINED-FUNCTION BUG-353) Expected failure: external-format.impure.lisp / (CHARACTER-DECODE-LARGE FORCE-END-OF-FILE) ok //apparent success (reached end of run-tests.sh normally) Thu May 15 21:05:38 EEST 2008 I've uploaded the produced binary file to web[1]. I will be appreciated if developers would publish it in SBCL Download[2] page. Regards.
