if I startup SBCL, and let's say there is a file in my .sbclrc file
that has a wrong byte-code version or does not exist, for example.
Then loading .sbclrc obviously will fail.
SBCL will tell me, that it failed, but the toplevel-repl is never
I think it would be much nicer, if such a condition would be handled,
and a continue restart was provided, in case anything went wrong.
The attached patch implements that idea. If anything goes wrong in
TOPLEVEL-INIT, while loading either the sysinit or userinit file,
the normal TOPLEVEL-REPL still can be reached.
