The foreign symbol stuff on OpenBSD isn't very mature, since I don't
use the foreign symbol stuff myself. It's also somewhat different from
Linux and FreeBSD since it's still built statically (as per
"OS_LINK_FLAGS = -static" in "Config.x86-openbsd"). I have an old note
from Raymond Wiker suggesting how I might be able to build it with
dynamic linking, but I still haven't gotten around to trying it.
