  You have forgot about

so the build still fails on the current sources. I have tried to fix this myself (in the same way as you did, by patching tools-for-build/grovel-headers.c), but stat.h file from MinGW suite has no S_IFSOCK definition, and the build fails on GCC side.

I have found one possible workaround here: http://lists.gnu.org/archive/html/bug-guile/2001-05/msg00030.html

Maybe we can do something similar with SBCL, but I am not sure about it.
