I'm having an issue trying to build an XdmNode from a non-well-formed
source. I'm calling DocumentBuilder.Build(XmlReader), the reader
exposes a document node that contains a single text node as child.
I'm not sure if this is a bug or it's not meant to handle
non-well-formed sources. Also, the documentation seems to be missing

Saxon has only been tested with XmlReader implementations that return
well-formed documents and there is no reason it would be expected to work if
the stream of events delivered isn't well-formed. So the answer is, this
isn't a bug, it's the absence of a feature.
It does seem to be a bug that the documentation of this method is missing
(and that there appears to be a spurious Build() method with no arguments.
The tool to generate this API documentation is home-grown (because all the
Javadoc-like tools I found for C# appeared hopelessly inadequate) and is
known not be perfect, but I'll try and fix this for next time the
documentation is generated.
