I'm using Saxon .Net Home Edition, version 9.3. I'm trying to figure out why SetOutputProperty is not working in my code.
Am I missing something? Does the Home Edition feature everything in this example?

You're right - there's a bug here. When WriteXdmValue is used, the
output properties set in the Serializer are ignored. I'll raise a patch.
