Hi Michael,
Thank you for your quick answer  :)
After being some hours struggling my mind to get the solution I finally got it taking away that "force='true'". It seems that there is some kind of incompatibility between my version of Saxon and that directive.
I use to put force="true" to make sure the transformation will take place, either the stylesheet has change or not, but after doing some tests I think it is olny necessary in case you have a nested Ant estructure (say you have an stylesheet to build and xml that will be finally processed).
There is no particular reason to use Saxon9.0. It's just that I downloaded it few time ago. I will look for the latest one.
Anyway, just i case you want to see the error message...

Buildfile: C:\developer\workspace\PublisherZeta\build.parse.xml
parse:
    [xslt] Transforming into C:\developer\workspace\PublisherZeta\out\www\CUO\es\noticias
    [xslt] Processing C:\developer\workspace\PublisherZeta\out\xml\CUO\contents\es\noticias\3812.xml to C:\developer\workspace\PublisherZeta\out\www\CUO\es\noticias\3812.shtml
    [xslt] Loading stylesheet C:\developer\workspace\PublisherZeta\src\xslt\transform\pf_noticia.xslt
    [xslt] Processing C:\developer\workspace\PublisherZeta\out\xml\CUO\contents\es\noticias\3812.xml to C:\developer\workspace\PublisherZeta\out\www\CUO\es\noticias\3812.shtml
[xslt] : Fatal Error! Cannot write more than one result document to the same URI, or write to a URI that has been read: file:/C:/developer/workspace/PublisherZeta/out/www/CUO/es/noticias/3812.shtml
    [xslt] Failed to process null
BUILD FAILED

Very strange. Though I only had 1 xml in the folder (3812.xml) looks like the processor is trying to transform it twice.
Thank you again. I'll stay tunned :)

Daniel
