Saxon is a java application, and you run it like other Java applications using the "java" command.

Please read the documentation at http://www.saxonica.com/documentation/index/gettingstarted/gettingstartedjava.html (assuming you are using Saxon 9.1).

Subject: [saxon] Saxon not recognized by my machine.

Hi,

I am running the command on the command prompt:

C:>Saxon –a source.xml stylesheet.xsl

System returns me a massage Saxon not recognized. I have defined the environment variable with the location where Saxon jar files have been located.

Any help will be really appreciated.

Thanks

Ashish
