There's a significant amount of repackaging of functionality
between 9.1 and 9.2.
The code that was in -dom, -s9api, -xpath, and -xqj is now
bundled in the saxon9he.jar file.
The -sql extension requires element extensibility, which is
only available in Saxon-PE (Professional Edition).
The -jdom, -xom, and -dom4j modules are no longer built in to
the saxon9he binary distribution. The source code is available and will work
with Saxon9HE if you compile it and register it using the appropriate
Configuration interfaces, or if you prefer it works "out of the box" with Saxon

However the latest Saxon-HE 9.2.1 (saxonhe9-2-1-1j.zip) only has
saxon9he.jar. Does it mean that all the above jars are now packed in
one, or only a few of the above are available in Open Source license? If
so, which one?
I need saxon9.jar, saxon9-jdom.jar and saxon9-xpath.jar.
