No this isn't a classpath issue, it's a "current directory" issue. These samples must run with the "samples" directory selected as the current directory (e.g. using cd on the command line).

Subject: Re : [saxon] Using SAXON in a JAVA Application

I'm trying to test :
 samples/java/QueryAPIExamples.java
from the source file.

but I have an error in the execution :
Problem reading/writing files. Check that the current directory is the 'samples' directory
it's a problem of classpath maybe ? how to resolve it ?

Thanks.
