As far as XSLT 2.0 conformance is concerned, the list is at

http://www.w3.org/TR/xslt20/#basic-conformance

Of course there are also product variations (such as optimizations) between Saxon-SA and Saxon-B that have nothing to do with the language conformance level.

In particular, note the reference to the list of types in http://www.w3.org/TR/xslt20/#built-in-types

Subject: [saxon] Saxon-B Limitations (.NET)

Anyone know where I can find a comprehensive list of limitations of the SAXON-B (.NET) XSLT processor?  I found the product fact-sheet on the web, which simply states that SAXON-B is non-schema-aware, but I have also had some problems using the xs:long datatype and now I am wondering if there are any other gremlins in there that I need the users of our product to know about?

Regards
