Yes, this facility is available with the commercial version of the product, Saxon-SA.
 
You can use Saxon-SA simply to do validation, as described at

Would you be able to highlight on the latest version, is it possible to validate an xml document using xsd scheme document?
I am aware that some other products do have that facility but Saxon prove to be very efficient working with batch files.
