What exactly are you looking for: sample XSLT code (which could run with any processor), samples for invoking Saxon from the command line, samples for invoking Saxon from Java?
There's a lot of documentation online at http://www.saxonica.com/ - follow the link to "Documentation". There are also sample applications in the "saxon-resources" download file which is available both on SourceForge and on the www.saxonica.com download page - this file contains Saxon source code, a copy of the online documentation, and sample applications.
