New release 20031022, source and binaries

Hiya: just to announce a new release of SalStat (version 20031022) in source code form (tar.gz & zip), and binary form for Windows and Linux. There have been a couple of bug fixes, and some minor feature additions.

SalStat is a Python powered end-user application for scientific statistical analysis, a bit like SPSS, StatView or SAS, but with a high degree of emphasis upon usability - most stats packages can be hard to use, but SalStat has been designed to be simple by comparison.

The source code releases are for those who have Python, wxPython and Numeric installed already. If you don't, then stand-alone executables for Windows and Linux are available also for download.
