  • Is this going to be used in the openbox iso?

    It exists on iso in case someone wants to use it. I suggest to have on openbox iso. Also it has to exist on repos.

    Also right click with mouse on desktop the openbox menus appear where tint2 exist on menus and is used of system settings.

     
  • But there is only going to be one panel in the openbox edition. Is it going to be fbpanel or tint2? If tint2 is not needed for the iso, we don't need a package, it's already in slackbuilds.org.

    Other packages also exist on salix repos and on slackbuilds.org.

  • Sure there are other packages that also exist in salix repos and slackbuilds.org. But we are past the point were we accepted any new package in the repositories (after 14.0 was released). If a package is not needed directly for an iso, there is no reason to build a package and spend time testing and building it.
