Based on this bug report/question on ubuntu launchpad: https://answers.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/saga/+question/148943:
If a new version of saga is installed, the .SAGA file does not contain links to these new modules.
It would be nice to check if a newer version is used and then to check whether modules should be loaded again.
The build-number under version in the same file is also outdated. Perhaps it could reflect the svn commit number?
