No

The licensing situation is not clear because there are different versions of the GPL mentioned around your project. The reviewer for the Fedora Package Collection and I would like to know that you intend.

- Source code contains no license headers.
- According to README: "Copyright 2009, distributed under terms of the GPL"
- Attached COPYING is GPLv2.
- Statement on the website 'Project by Corvus Corax (corvuscorax<at>cybertrench.com) - distributed under the GPL (v2 or higher)'

It would be nice if you add some licensing information to the headers of your source code and define if the license is a single version
only or any later version.

Thanks for fixing that and releasing a new version of safecopy.

    rgr. this will be added.

for now, assume "GPL v2 or higher" for all files coming with any version of safecopy.

I decided to squeeze this fix into the 1.3 release I originally had released earlier today. I hope whoever already downloaded the tar.gz wont mind ;)

I added a short license header to all C sourcecode, all documentation and the copyright information in the online help. now correctly state "GPL version 2 or above."
