Hi,

I have tried the stable version of rxvt (built it from
source) on my Radhat 8.0 machine.

My problem is that when I try to read a man page I get
garbage characters on the screen in certains places
(whereever there is a hyphen). Is this due to a lack of
unicode support ? Rxvt was working perfectly on Red hat
7.1.

Regards,

Ahsan

This is due to a IMHO bad feature of groff that will
hopefully be fixed as it conflicts with unicode 4.

I have a similar problem: whenever gcc (within rxvt) reports
an error or warninng, the quote characters in the error
message are replacced with an 'a' with a hat (^), and then
two empty boxes with dotted border...

    Is this a font problem?
