Hi Chris, Hi Adam! I had to fix some bugs and now I am too tired to release :( Chris: One bug was in the Parser: After adding a library path for code completion and then pressing ctrl+space after a prefix, the parsing stuck in an endless loop. The reason was parsing a line with the global $$. Waiting for the parsing of the library after pressing ctrl+space is quite annoying (even if the parser does not hang ;-)) How much work would it be to do that in the background? Adam: I have updated the rdt.license file in org.rubypeople.rdt and also added the content to the feature.xml (which is in a new project org.rubypeople.rdt-feature now). I've added our names, but I was not sure if you want your email added (and if so, which one :-)). Could you update the files accordingly (or tell me which email address to insert)? I won't have time for the release tomorrow, but on thursday. Chris, maybe you can use the time to implement the background parsing or update the documentation? If you want to add something new, please don't check it in or tag the head as version and branch. I've one more question about code completion. I have added my ruby 1.6 lib path (/usr/lib/ruby/1.6) where there is for example the file sax.rb with the class SAXParseException. It seems as if that class is not available for code completion. Do you know, why? BTW: I've used http://rubyeclipse.sourceforge.net/updatesite/site.xml as update site. Could you install the plugin from there and check? bye Markus |
