Unable to "Make" even though...

    Hey all, I'm so close, yet so far away.  I've followed the directions from "http://rtl-wifi.sourceforge.net/wiki/Installing"
    and get this error message:
    make -C /lib/modules/2.6.35.8/build M=/root/rtl-wifi modules
    make: *** /lib/modules/2.6.35.8/build: No such file or directory.  Stop.
    make: ***  Error 2

    I thought I followed them to a "T", can anyone help me complete this mission and I'll be on my way?  Merry XMAS!

    ah yes, I am having this problem as well. seems like the build file is nonexistent, if you head over to /lib/modules/2.6.35.8/
    that's probably why there is an error. But I don't know where that build file went or how to repair it. Best of luck, let me know if you had any success.
