#14 Saving read-only file as new creates read-only file

If you open a read-only file, then do a "Save As..." and
save it with a new filename, the file gets the new name
in the editor, but the "Read only" property is still set for
it. Note that on disk, the new file isn't actually read-
only, but RText thinks it is.
